A well-regarded and inclusive secondary school in Cheltenham is seeking a skilled SENCo from January 2026. This is a full-time permanent leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and strengthen SEND provision within a supportive high-achieving environment.

The Role
You will lead on the strategic development of the schools SEND policy and practice ensuring provision meets the diverse needs of all learners. Youll coordinate a talented team of Learning Support Assistants and work closely with teachers pastoral leads and external professionals to create tailored interventions that support both academic progress and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will also deliver staff training on differentiation accessibility and inclusive teaching helping to maintain a culture where every student can succeed.
