We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 5 Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Slough from January 2026. This is a permanent position open to full-time and part-time applicants with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

The Role
Position: Year 5 Teacher
Location: Slough
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)
As our Year 5 Teacher you will:
- Deliver high-quality lessons that stretch and inspire every pupil.
- Prepare children for the academic and social challenges of Upper Key Stage 2.
- Use assessment effectively to ensure progress for all learners.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work closely with colleagues parents and support staff.
- (If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities.
What Were Looking For
We welcome applicants who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 ideally Year 5.
- Are reflective organised and excellent communicators.
- Demonstrate creativity enthusiasm and commitment to inclusion.
- Are open to taking on additional responsibility through a TLR.
