The Role
- The successful Teacher of English will teach an ambitious curriculum across Key Stages 3 Key Stage 4 (GCSE) and Key Stage 5 (A-Level).
- The Teacher of English will benefit from exceptional professional development and career progression opportunities within the growing organisation.
- This role requires the Teacher of English to motivate and enthuse students across the entire ability range fostering strong literacy and analytical skills.
- The Teacher of English will use the schools VLE (Copia) for curriculum access and to share materials with students and parents.
Requirements
- A good degree in English and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Ability to teach English Language and Literature to Key Stage 5 (A-Level).
- Knowledge of the requirements of the National Curriculum and recent curriculum/learning developments.
