- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe inclusive and positive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing.
- Participate in staff meetings professional development and whole-school activities.
KS2 Teacher Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching KS2 in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate lessons to meet individual learning needs.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative working.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching in a team environment.
