Job Summary

Your Responsibilities

  • Build Manage and coach the inbound and outbound sales team
  • Develop and implement the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategy to execute on digital sales initiatives.
  • Plan and execute online campaigns across performance marketing CRM and social media.
  • Continuously analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing logistics customer service production) to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
  • Own and optimize lead conversion KPIs driving continuous improvement across the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in digital commerce.
  • Optimize sales effectiveness through our CRM.

      Your Profile

      • Degree in Business Marketing Digital Commerce or equivalent professional experience.
      • 3 years of relevant work experience in Consumer Sales management preferably in healthcare consumer goods or related industries.
      • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and analytics.
      • Analytical data-driven and customer-focused mindset.
      • Excellent communication skills in English & German.
      • Proactive solution-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once.
