The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator youll be responsible for generating and managing property sales booking and conducting viewings arranging valuations maintaining client relationships and achieving monthly targets. Youll bring energy ambition and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
Liaise daily with buyers sellers and potential clients
Book and conduct property viewings encouraging second viewings and offers
Record and update customer information on internal systems
Progress sales through to completion liaising with solicitors and clients
Generate new business through proactive prospecting and valuations
Maintain accurate administrative and compliance records
Deliver exceptional service and uphold company values
Experience & Qualities Required
Minimum 2 years experience in residential sales
Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
Highly organised target-driven and self-motivated
Confident professional and a true team player
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
