Epicor Kinetic Developer

Our client is seeking a talented Epicor Kinetic Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience developing customizing and integrating within the Epicor ERP/Kinetic ecosystem. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys working in a hybrid Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environment and collaborating across technical and functional teams to deliver efficient scalable ERP solutions.

This position will begin as a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity with a strong intent for full-time conversion and long-term growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain Epicor Kinetic customizations BPMs BAQs and Dashboards

• Build and support integrations between Epicor and external systems using REST APIs and C#

• Develop and maintain SQL-based reports stored procedures and data models

• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Support data migrations synchronization and automation projects

• Work with Data Lakes and assist in data pipeline and build processes for reporting and analytics

• Develop and maintain SSRS and Epicor Kinetic reports

• Troubleshoot and optimize Epicor performance and database interactions

• Collaborate with engineering teams on CADLink and ECxManager integrations

• Contribute to process improvement and ERP enhancement initiatives across multiple sites

• Participate in system testing deployment and documentation of development changes

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred) development experience

• Strong proficiency in C# REST APIs and system integrations

• Hands-on experience with BAQs BPMs Dashboards and Customizations

• Advanced SQL skills including stored procedures triggers and performance tuning

• Experience working with Data Lakes and data build/ETL pipelines

• Familiarity with Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of CADLink and engineering data integrations a strong plus

• Experience with SSRS Epicor Administration and Application Studio desirable

• Excellent problem-solving debugging and collaboration skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and business users
