13 years in a high-volume SDR/BDR role (startup or high-growth SaaS; Shopify/eCommerce a plus).
HubSpot power user: lists sequences forms scoring reporting and data cleanliness.
Confident on live calls with strong discovery and objection-handling skills.
Clear written communicator for quick helpful follow-ups.
Metrics-driven and process-oriented: you live in dashboards and iterate constantly.
Comfortable in a startup environment: action-biased coachable and thrives on change.
Nice to have: experience with Shopify Klaviyo Gorgias Aircall/telephony and basic RevOps/reporting skills.
