Job Summary

Join an established family-oriented carrier that contracts with a major national freight provider specializing in expedited logistics. We are looking for pre-formed CDL-A or CDL-B driver teams who are ready to hit the road in fully equipped trucksno touch freight flexible load choices and full support from former drivers who understand your lifestyle.

Tasks

Onboarding & Logistics:

Pick up your assigned truck in Greensboro NC
Onboarding and truck orientation takes 24 hours
Background checks MVR and drug screening are conducted by FedEx
No travel reimbursement for pickup unless negotiated

Tools & Tech:

Dispatch and load tracking via FedEx Custom Critical system
Truck tracking and mileage visibility via Omnitracs
Mentorship and support from established teams to help you master load strategy

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

Pre-formed Driver Teams only
Valid CDL Class A or B for both drivers (minimum 3 months experience required)
Clean driving records no DUIs serious moving violations or disqualifying incidents
Must be willing to learn dispatch strategies to maximize load profitability
Open to teams not yet certified with FedEx (qualification takes 23 weeks)
