Job Summary

Were building the protocol for private intent-driven discovery where agents work on your behalf match you with the right people and coordinate actions based on unstructured signals like curiosity goals and timing. Think programmable introductions reputation-driven matching and context-aware ambient discovery.

Now were looking for a Founding Fullstack Engineer to help us push that vision forward. Youll be shaping the architecture of both our frontend and backend building systems that integrate into real-world social protocols. Youll prototype fast test with real users and iterate in the wild.

Tasks

Building and scaling our React frontend (with Tailwind Radix UI and Ant Design)
Designing and implementing Express TypeScript APIs backed by Postgres (via Drizzle ORM) and Redis
Prototyping real-time event-driven features that support intent-driven discovery
Developing SDKs and services that external developers can use

Requirements

Have 3 years of hands-on TypeScript experience across frontend and backend
Strong with (hooks state performance component design)
Solid backend experience with Express Postgres (SQL/ORMs) and Redis
Comfortable with DevOps basics (Docker CI/CD cloud infra like AWS)
Proficient with Git Unix and modern dev environments
Thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments and love shipping quickly
