About the Role

Aroha Technologies is seeking an experienced Labour and Delivery Nurse to join the team at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg WV. This is a 13-week contract assignment for nurses skilled in obstetric care dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the labor and delivery unit.
Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery.
Administer medications and interventions according to hospital protocols.
Collaborate with physicians midwives and healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective care.
Educate patients and families about labor delivery and postpartum care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation.

Required Qualifications

Current RN license in West Virginia.
Experience in Labor & Delivery or Obstetric Nursing.
Current certifications: BLS ACLS NRP.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend.
Strong communication critical thinking and patient care skills.
