We are seeking an Onsite Services Technician to join our team. This role will involve providing PC refresh services and enterprise tool deployment across multiple locations in Dalton GA. The ideal candidate will have experience in system administration troubleshooting and IT operations support and a passion for technology-driven workplace efficiency.

Job Title: Onsite Services Technician
Location: Dalton GA (On-site)
Duration: 6 months (Contract)

Job Description:

As an Onsite Services Technician you will be responsible for delivering hands-on technical support ensuring smooth deployment and refresh of computing equipment and collaborating with local IT teams to maintain company standards. The Onsite Services Technician will perform a variety of operational and administrative tasks as outlined below.

Operational Responsibilities:
  • Assist Local IT by installing ManageEngine CrowdStrike and Splunk on company-owned equipment.

  • Refresh approximately 152 computers to company standards across Dalton GA sites.

  • Coordinate with the IT Service Desk to handle incident tickets and assist with L1.5 support issues related to end-user or PC installation challenges.

  • Support Local IT with additional infrastructure deployments at four Dalton sites.

  • Collaborate with senior Local IT OT and Information Security leaders to assess technology needs security standards and system requirements.

Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform to manage and update tickets in support of XLA objectives.

  • Keep Local IT Leadership informed of remote site risks and ongoing issues.

  • Serve as a liaison with Local IT support channels for Level 3 incident management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Hands-on experience with system administration and technical troubleshooting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Proficient documentation and reporting skills.

The Onsite Services Technician role requires proactive problem-solving attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset. As an Onsite Services Technician you will play a key role in ensuring operational stability and supporting IT infrastructure success across multiple facilities.
