Job Summary

Travel Care Manager RN

Start: ASAP

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 8a-4:30p with rotating weekend shifts

Requirements: BLS 3 years of Acute Hospital Case Management experience (preference for exp in travel); perm address 50mi from facility

Additional facility info: Cerner is our EHR CM uses MorCare for documentation and CarePort for referral system. We are transitioning to a new referral system Oct. 28.
