Job Title: Technical Support Engineer - Automation

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional support for our automation this role you will help customers troubleshoot technical issues answer questions and ensure smooth resolution of cases via web chat email and telephone. You will collaborate with internal teams use diagnostic tools to isolate issues and contribute to process and product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Resolve technical cases and provide timely solutions to customers.

Analyze debug and troubleshoot server-side JavaScript Unix Shell Windows scripting and PowerShell issues.

Perform server administration across Windows and Unix platforms including user permissions domain configuration and execution of SUDO policies.
-
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure VMWare and Amazon EC2 (ARM templates CFT).
-
Troubleshoot using network protocols (HTTP TCP FTP/SFTP SOAP REST) and tools like Wireshark and Traceroute.
-
Review log files and apply standard debugging practices to isolate root causes.

Use incident management knowledge base defect tracking and escalation practices effectively.

Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers to ensure excellent support experiences.
Mandate / Good-to-Have Skills:

Server-side object-oriented JavaScript Unix Shell scripting Windows scripting PowerShell

Server administration across Windows/Unix
-
Cloud platforms: AWS Azure VMWare Amazon EC2 (ARM templates CFT)

Networking protocols: HTTP TCP FTP/SFTP SOAP REST; troubleshooting tools like Wireshark Traceroute

Education & Experience:
