- Design and maintain various training manuals and workbooks with particular emphasis on keeping content up to date through liaison with the supervisor
- Taking approval for Training Materials from process Heads through GTT members on a semiannual
basis.
- Compile and submit monthly report on training activities and needs on a timely and concise
manner
- Assist in the delivery of formal induction Pre-process/language training for new hires.
- Working on Training Reports Weekly Monthly Semi Annual and Annual Te
- Manage Domain and Custom Examinations and publish periodic reports.
- Initiative to improve the Training process.
- Handling client visits and presentations.
