Job Description:
Seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with strong SQL Tableau and clinical/outpatient experience to support inpatient operations workflows capacity planning and clinical services. Candidate should be capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with all levels of staff.

Required Skills:

Fluency in SQL syntax; ability to manipulate and execute queries
Expert in Tableau Desktop: dashboard design development production and user enablement
Experience with clinical/outpatient data inpatient operations and workflows
Strong analytical skills to uncover patterns and provide pragmatic solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook Visio)
Ability to diagnose and respond to data/dashboard support requests

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
3 years of healthcare analytics experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable learning new software tools
