Job Summary

Role :- DC support crew

Location- Santa Clara CA(Onsite)

We are seeking a remote contractor crew to support ongoing operations maintenance and troubleshooting of systems post-installation. This role involves hands-on hardware support remote diagnostics and coordination with facilities teams for power and liquid cooling requirements. The crew must be responsive to urgent and weekend needs and capable of scaling based on demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Remotely support hardware installation device bring-up rack stacking IP configuration and diagnostics

Perform remote triage and troubleshooting of system issues

Coordinate with facilities teams for power and liquid cooling (no direct facilities work)

Support prototype systems and data center operations

Ensure continuity in crew leadership and effective knowledge transfer

Provide scalable support for urgent and weekend tasks as required

Required Experience:

Experience in data center operations prototype hardware environments and liquid cooling systems

Strong skills in remote diagnostics and troubleshooting

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Flexibility to support weekend and short-notice tasks

Familiarity with operational standards and protocols
