Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and assist them in product selections that meet their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked organized and visually appealing following company standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently in the point-of-sale system managing cash and credit payments.
- Assist in inventory management including restocking counting and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Demonstrated experience in customer service roles.
- Basic knowledge of retail sales and merchandising principles.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations.
- Adaptability to fast-paced retail environments.
