  5. Skills : - Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening- Good computer skills exposure on CRM Dialer
  6. Job Purpose : Follow up prospects and enrol them into admissions at Footprints Preschool and Daycare centres
  7. Job Responsibilities : - Take incoming calls using Footprints systems and answer all the concerns of parents. Create and communicate effectively value propositions for Footprints.- Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system.- Pre-qualify the leads by asking questions about their location profiles interests etc.- Present information to the lead about the Footprints and Capture and Document information on the leads obtained through the tele calls in the system- Schedule and make follow-up calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and remind them to visit centres for admissions- Do the follow-up calls for admissions once the prospect has visited center- Timely response to all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages- Completing follow-ups on daily basis as per business requirements and defined workflows

  10. Working Days : Monday To Friday and 2 alternate Saturday working
  11. Office Timing : 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM and 10 :00 AM to 7:00PM
