Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial strategy planning and budgeting process.

Manage accounting taxation and compliance activities in line with statutory

requirements.

Monitor cash flow investments and working capital to ensure financial stability.

Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial reports to management.

Oversee vendor payments client billing and receivables management.

Build strong financial models for evaluating new business opportunities and cost

optimization.

Liaise with auditors banks and external stakeholders.

Establish internal controls and ensure robust risk management practices.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

46 years of proven experience in finance preferably in the event management /

entertainment / media / hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards taxation and compliance.

Hands-on experience in financial planning MIS reporting and cash flow

management.

Proficiency in financial software MS Excel and ERP tools.

Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced creative and dynamic environment.
