Job Summary

EduTalent Group is seeking an experienced IT Technician to join a secondary school in Eastbourne. The successful candidate will support staff and students with all aspects of IT maintaining hardware software and network systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities:

Provide technical support to staff and pupils
Install configure and maintain IT equipment and software
Troubleshoot hardware and network issues
Maintain user accounts and IT security
Monitor and update IT systems and inventory

Requirements

Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience in a school environment desirable
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
