Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff and pupils
- Install configure and maintain IT equipment and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues
- Maintain user accounts and IT security
- Monitor and update IT systems and inventory
Requirements
- Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a school environment desirable
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
