Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Remote (U.S.-Based) Contract $45/hour
Lead high-impact recruiting initiatives and elevate talent acquisition strategy for a national financial services organization.

A growing financial services company is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse complex and high-volume roles. This individual will collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to design sourcing strategies build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a world-class candidate experience.

This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States.


Position Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business units managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding. This role supports hiring across multiple disciplinesincluding sales IT management and niche technical positionswhile ensuring compliance process efficiency and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment balancing hands-on recruiting with strategic project work to improve processes and outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening selection and offer negotiation.

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive networking and digital sourcing.

  • Support high-volume recruitment while effectively managing complex and senior-level searches.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs develop job profiles and define hiring criteria.

  • Conduct intake meetings post roles and ensure accuracy and compliance in all requisition data.

Advisory & Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders offering guidance on market trends talent strategy and selection best practices.

  • Build relationships across departments to align recruitment goals with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with HR and shared services teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handoffs.

Systems & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate and timely data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with UltiPro/UKG preferred.

  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws company policies and audit standards.

  • Monitor key hiring metrics providing reports and updates to leadership.

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance TA workflows technology and candidate engagement.

Candidate Experience & Brand Advocacy

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.

  • Represent the organizations brand with professionalism clarity and enthusiasm.

  • Support diversity equity and inclusion initiatives across all recruiting practices.



Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

  • 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience including managing multiple requisitions across functions.

  • Proven success recruiting for sales technology and leadership roles in complex or matrixed organizations.

  • Experience in financial services or mortgage industries strongly preferred.

  • Strong project management skills and experience implementing new processes or tools.

  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

  • Proficiency with ATS systems (UltiPro/UKG experience a plus).
