Summary: The Process Engineer Intern assists with optimizing manufacturing systems and processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position works closely with Electrical Mechanical/Piping Operations and Process Engineers to improve Process control.

Education and/or Experience:Chemical Engineering student.
Communication Skills:Intermediate skills in English; ability to read write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:Basic mathematical skills; ability to add subtract multiply and divide whole numbers.
Reasoning Ability:Intermediate skill level with the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
Computer Skills: The company utilizes Microsoft products including; Outlook Word Excel and Power Point. Basic knowledge with these products is preferred. General computers Skills an asset.
To perform this job successfully an individual should also be able to navigate through various Manufacturing software platforms.
Certificates Licenses Registrations:A valid California Drivers License is required for any position requiring travel.

Pay Transparency: The starting hourly rate for this opportunity is $23 per hour. Please note the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
