Join our dynamic Operating Room team as a Charge Nurse where youll play a key leadership role in ensuring safe efficient and high-quality patient care. Under the direction of the Nursing Director and in collaboration with the RN Manager and Assistant Manager youll oversee clinical operations patient flow staff coordination and care excellence during your shift.

• Provide clinical and operational supervision during assigned shifts
• Ensure safe timely and patient-centered care delivery
• Promote exceptional patient experiences and quality outcomes
• Support staff development and team coordination
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
• BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
• ACLS:Surgical Services Pre-Op and Recovery Room
• PALS: Surgical Services Pre-Op and Recovery Room
• Previous OR Experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
