Job Description:

Southern New Hampshire Weight Management

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluationsincluding medical historyphysical examinationsand laboratory testing.
36 patient contact hours 4 hours admin per week
No nights or weekends/No Call
Join a practice of 3 Physicians and 2 APPs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plansincorporating lifestyle modificationsdietary counselingbehavioral therapyand pharmacotherapy as appropriate.
Surgical and non-surgical weight management pathways available
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the continuity and efficacy of patient care.
Monitor patient progressadjust treatment plans as neededand document outcomes effectively.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in obesity medicine and bariatric care.
Participate in educational initiatives and outreach programs to promote healthy weight management within the community.

Requirements:

Board Certified in Obesity Medicine
2 years of post-training experience
