What Youll Be Doing

Create and process invoices inQuickBooksto keep billing accurate and on track
HandleAP & AR: tie payments to invoices oversee operations expenses and manage collections
Reconcilevirtual and physical cardsand document all transactions
Partner across departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in Accounting (or related field)orequivalent work experience
2 years in general accounting(inventory or e-commerce experience a plus!)
Strong knowledge ofGAAP
Proficiency inQuickBooks with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Organized detail-oriented and adaptableable to juggle multiple priorities with ease
