Flexo Press Assistant - 2nd shift - Temporary - Richardson TX
Our client a Retail & Food Packaging company based in Richarson TX is searching for a 2nd shift Flexo Press Assistant to work 2nd shift (2:30pm-12:30am) Monday through Friday for a client in Richardson TX.
This position will be temporary working up to mid-December with job duties consisting of:
- Supporting the press operator in producing high-quality printed materials on a flexographic press.
- Setting up jobs preparing materials monitoring the press and cleaning and maintaining the equipment.
- Gather components: Retrieve and organize all necessary setup components for an upcoming job including plates dies ink cylinders and substrates (material to be printed on).
- Load and stage materials: Load and position rolls of paper plastic or other materials onto the press holding fixtures.
- Assist with press components: Help change and install press components such as anilox rolls and printing cylinders.
Prior experience in the industry including mill or production experience is preferred. This person is expected to show up on time work through the shift provided and assist the team as needed Monday through Friday.
