Youll work directly with users prototype quickly and deliver polished solutions that scale.

What Youll Do

Ship Quickly and Thoughtfully: Turn ideas into production-ready software in days not months.

Build End-to-End Systems: Design clean scalable web interfaces wired to well-structured APIs and data models.

Integrate AI Intelligently: Create dependable auditable workflows that embed AI safely and effectively.

Ensure Reliability: Instrument analytics logs and alerts to drive performance quality and observability.

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with design operations and product to deliver outcomes that move business metrics.

Stay Close to Users: Talk to customers weekly run lightweight experiments and double down on what delivers impact.

Who You Are

5 years of experience developing and deploying full-stack web applications.

Skilled in modern front-end frameworks and back-end development.

Strong sense of ownership and ability to move fast in an unstructured environment.

Passion for early-stage products and AI-driven innovation.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a user-first mindset.

Work Environment

Hybrid: 23 days per week in the New York office.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $190K$240K Equity (competitive based on experience)
