About the Role
Were looking for a Growth Product Manager to build and scale the product-led growth engine that drives teams from first touch to early habit formation.
Youll own the end-to-end journey from discovery to activation to retention ensuring users experience fast time-to-value and clear business outcomes in AI-driven workflows.
This is a cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of product marketing data and sales.
Youll design growth experiments shape onboarding flows and create repeatable acquisition and activation loops that fuel sustainable product-led growth.
What Youll Do
- Drive Activation and Retention: Own the acquisition onboarding and activation funnels for content leaders and enterprise teams.
- Build and Execute the PLG Roadmap: Develop short-term wins and long-term scalable systems tied to measurable revenue outcomes.
- Experiment Relentlessly: Design and run experiments across signup flows onboarding experiences pricing/packaging templates prompts and in-product education.
- Create Growth Loops: Build shareable tools like audit reports scorecards and template galleries that generate organic awareness and qualified traffic.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing design and data to deliver user experiences that attract and retain high-intent users.
- Align Go-to-Market: Work closely with sales and customer success to connect product usage with conversion metrics including PQLs and trial-to-paid motion triggers.
Who You Are
- 5 years of experience in growth or product management ideally in a SaaS or AI-driven company.
- Strong analytical background; confident using SQL and tools like Amplitude PostHog or Metabase.
- Familiar with feature flagging platforms such as Optimizely PostHog or Statsig.
- Comfortable working with prototyping tools (Cursor Bolt Claude Code) and design systems (Figma Git).
- Curious data-driven and action-oriented you love learning from experiments and iterating quickly.
- Thrive in a collaborative hybrid environment and are motivated by measurable impact.

Compensation: $175K$210K (flexible for the right candidate)
