Job Summary
Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Kennewick WA
Pay Rate: $25/hr

The Resort at Hansen Park offers upscale living in a vibrant beautifully maintained settingand were looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep it that way. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a well-maintained resort-style property where quality service and community pride are top priorities.
What Youll Do:
As our Maintenance Technician youll play a hands-on role in ensuring the property remains safe functional and beautiful. Your day-to-day will include:
Performing routine maintenance and repairs across the community including HVAC plumbing electrical appliance and carpentry work
Completing service requests promptly and professionally
Preparing apartments for new residents through timely and thorough turns
Supporting after-hours emergency maintenance as part of an on-call rotation
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in multifamily or related maintenance work
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
HVAC certification preferred but not required
A customer-focused attitude and commitment to quality service
