JOB TITLE: Senior Quality Engineering Lead

DUTIES: The Sr. Quality Engineering Lead is XStore POS Test Lead in the Retail Domain Oracle POS XStore Solution. The role is responsible for overseeing the testing processes for Oracle XStore POS systems ensuring both functional and non-functional requirements are met.

Specific duties include:

-Provides POS System Expertise:

• Designs implements and maintains quality assurance strategies for retail POS systems with a focus on Oracle Xstore.

• Develops and executes test plans to validate integrated payment solutions and POS peripherals including pin pads scanners and receipt printers ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

-Provides Testing Strategy and Automation:

• Designs and executes comprehensive testing strategies for hardware software and APIs within retail applications to ensure quality and performance.

• Develops enhances and maintains automation frameworks including Page Object Model (POM) Test-Driven Development (TDD) Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Hybrid frameworks.

• Creates and executes automation scripts for native apps and web applications using tools such as Selenium Appium and RestAssured.

-Ensures Continuous Improvement:

• Identifies and resolves technical challenges enhance automation frameworks and ensure adherence to SLAs.

• Provides hyper-care support post-rollout and during UAT testing.

-Provides leadership and collaboration in diverse environment:

• Manages diverse teams to deliver complex automation and functional testing projects.

• Collaborates with stakeholders conducts client demos and provides technical documentation.

-Engages in client interaction:

• Engages with clients and Oracle support teams to resolve issues implements patches and ensures operational excellence.

100% remote position from any U.S. location. Reports to Plano TX Headquarters.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Information Technology Computer Science or related discipline and Five (5) years of experience as Senior Analyst Senior Associate or related occupation engaged in performing testing processes for Oracle XStore POS systems. Experience must include:

1. Five (5) years of experience with Oracle Xstore testing implementation and upgrade.
2. Five (5) years of experience with XEnvironment XCenter XAdmin XMobile EFTLink ORCE.
3. Five (5) years of experience with Payments integrations (Adyen Verifone Elavon).
4. Three (3) years of experience with POS applications integration and testing.
5. Three (3) years of experience with Automation tools (Java Selenium HP UFT) and performing Robotic Arm Automation implementation.
6. Three (3) years of experience with Oracle SQL Putty Winscp Jira HP ALM and Test Rail.
7. Three (3) years of experience with Programming Languages: Java Selenese VBScript
8. Three (3) years of experience performing Continuous Integrations with Jenkins Maven ANT Gradle and Bamboo.
9. Three (3) years of experience with Order Management System and Warehouse Management System including Sterling Order Management System.

100% remote position from any U.S. location. Report to Plano TX Headquarters.

Salary Range: $130000 $145000 per year. Full time position (40 hours/week).
