You will be offered a valuable internship experience that provides insight into the full hiring process. Youll have the opportunity to take on responsibilities and work independently with plenty of room to contribute ideas for process improvements and communication with stakeholders. Throughout the internship you will be guided and supported by experienced professionals within HR and the Hiring Desk.
The Hiring Desk is the central point of contact within Vanderlande Netherlands for everything related to our flexible workforce from temporary specialists to interim professionals.
As part of the Procurement Department we make sure the right people are available at the right time. We safeguard supplier relationships control costs ensure compliance and manage risks.
Were responsible for the end-to-end process related to contingent workers in the Netherlands. This includes managing framework agreements (GFAs) selecting suppliers organizing job intakes searching and selecting contingent workers planning interviews negotiating rates and coordinating onboarding extensions and offboarding.
