Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Data Engineer to join our data platform team. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of hands-on experience in building scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and related technologies. This role involves designing and implementing data pipelines integrating diverse data sources and enabling advanced analytics across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
- Build and optimize Dataflows Lakehouses and Notebooks within the Fabric ecosystem.
- Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures for data transformation and analysis.
- Design and publish Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX for business intelligence.
- Integrate external data sources including Snowflake into Fabric-based solutions.
- Utilize Fabric REST APIs for automation orchestration and advanced data operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists analysts and business stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality governance and security across all data assets.
- Document technical solutions and maintain version control using Git or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data engineering.
- Knowledge of data modeling data warehousing and cloud architecture.
- Exposure to enterprise data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
