The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities employs over 1900 staff and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications including power generation transmission and distribution oil chemical and gas industrial manufacturing semiconductor and data centers as well as building and transportation sectors.

How youll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for daily management of the Supply Management Department and will be responsible for Planning and management of departmental positions.

2. You will be responsible for the implementation of relevant procedures of the group and the company in the Supply Chain Management Department.

3. You will be responsible for searching for qualified suppliers that meet technical quality and other requirements and have reasonable prices develop and manage suppliers.

4. You will cooperate with Hub to complete annual business negotiations and with GPG to complete the development of corresponding suppliers and complete corresponding projects.

5. You will support in completion of the setting implementation and tracking of departmental goals and formulation and implementation of appropriate employee development plans; will be responsible for management of the companys procurement contracts.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a full-time Bachelor/Master degree or above.

2. Required with 5years or above strong global industry knowledge in supply chain.

3. Self-motivated independent and project management experience preferred who will be willing to travel Honesty and Integrity must be followed as per our values.

4. Good skills for problem solving at suppliers.

5. Excellent communication skills with adaptation of different cultures and strong leadership.

6. Fluency in English.
