Job Summary

Responsible for driving integrated profitable and relevant product assortments and expressing the vision in the market place. Selecting and assorting product collections across categories to drive profitable premium category assortments as well as premium consumer experiences for retail and wholesale customers.

Responsible for the operational side of Merchandising within product creation engines focused on driving resource allocation style/sku efficiencies and consistency in the application of best practices technology and innovation across categories.

Typical Capabilities
Scope: Supports direct group or team.
Complexity: Employs self-initiative and can prioritize own work using standardized rules but work product is subject to frequent review. Shares standard technical or nontechnical information with others may be required to clarify technical information to aid understanding.
Problem Solving: Encounters problems which require some fact finding clarification and basic analysis with most solutions being found within normal operating processes and policies.
Knowledge & Skills: Entry-level professional role contributing in a support capacity. Receives general instruction on work and new assignments. Determines course of action based on established guidelines.

Education Requirement
Bachelors degree required in the relevant or a related field or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelors degree in the relevant or a related field.
