What is this role
As the Plant Manager for Cirkul you will be responsible to coach and develop their leadership and hourly team into a high performing work system with an outstanding culture that solves problems overcomes obstacles and generates world class results. The Plant Manager will partner with all of the manufacturing teams as well as Human Resources Engineering Supply Chain and Finance.
What does an average day look like
- Driving Results: Manage and improve all KPIs including safety quality production cost and staffing to world class levels
- Taking Ownership: Lead all areas of the production facility location and creatively solve problems to drive growth and production
- Making Decisions: Apply Cirkuls best practices while developing new best practices where needed
- Cultivating Relationships: Attract Retain Coach Develop and empower employees at all levels
- Instilling Trust: Develop and Implement a world class culture and work system
- Customer Focus: Ensure that Cirkuls quality and production standards are being met to deliver a high quality product to our customers every time
What background should you have
- 10 years leading in a high velocity manufacturing environment in roles of increasing responsibility
- 10 years of experience in large autonomous organizations
- High level of understanding in world class manufacturing excellence systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage safety results and safety culture
- Demonstrated ability to deliver world class results in a highly demanding work environment while maintaining high standards and holding others accountable for getting strong results the right way
- Demonstrated ability to make autonomous decisions with minimal guidance
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
- Willing to work hard stay until the job is complete and demonstrate resilience
- Have a positive attitude willing to work with multiple levels of employees and thrive in a fast paced environment.
