Your mission should you choose to accept it:

An internship opportunity entitled HR Sales Partner Internship (m/f) has just opened at Airbus Commercial at its Blagnac site. You will join the Human Resources department in charge of local HR support for the Purchasing function (approximately 4000 employees).

Your internship will consist of working closely with our HRBPs (Human Resources Business Partners). This internship will allow you to discover the core of the HR function and actively participate in large-scale projects while exploring the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into our processes.

This 6-month or 1-year internship will ideally start in January 2026 (this period is indicative and may be adjusted).

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Participating in HR campaigns: You will assist HRBPs in preparing and rolling out our annual campaigns such as performance reviews salary reviews engagement surveys and talent management. You will be involved in data analysis coordination with managers and internal communication.

• Operational support: You will assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks such as preparing presentation materials monitoring HR indicators (reporting) and managing personnel files.

• AI innovation projects:

Proposing solutions to automate recurring tasks using AI.

Monitoring the latest trends in AI applied to HR.

Your mentor will support you throughout your internship helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.

This internship will enable you to develop the following skills:

Your boarding pass for this adventure:

You are currently pursuing a masters degree (Bac4/5) in Human Resources or an equivalent university degree.

Ideally you have the following skills:

- Technical skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and/or Google Suite

• Previous experience (internship work-study program) in HR would be a plus but is not essential.

- Soft skills:

• Curious and proactive: You are not afraid to take initiative and propose new ideas.

• Appetite for new technologies: You are passionate about artificial intelligence and comfortable with digital tools.

• Analytical mind: You are able to synthesize information and draw relevant conclusions.

• Interpersonal skills: You are comfortable interacting with a variety of people.

- Languages:

• English: Advanced/Negotiation

• French: All levelsaccepted but not mandatory

Votre mission si vous lacceptez:

Une offre de stage intituléeStage Partenaire commercial RH (h/f) vient de souvrir au sein dAirbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez le département Ressources Humaines en charge du suivi RH de proximité de la fonction Achat (environ 4000 collaborateurs).

Votre stage consistera à travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos HRBPs (Human Resources Business Partner). Ce stage vous permettra de découvrir le cœur de la fonction RH et de participer activement à des projets denvergure tout en explorant lintégration de lintelligence artificielle (IA) dans nos processus.

Ce stage dune durée de 6 mois ou 1 an débutera idéalement en janvier 2026 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Participation aux campagnes RH : Vous assisterez les HRBPs dans la préparation et le déploiement de nos campagnes annuelles telles que la campagne dévaluation des performances la revue des salaires les enquêtes dengagement ou la gestion des talents. Vous serez impliqué(e) dans lanalyse des données la coordination avec les managers et la communication interne.

• Support opérationnel : Vous apporterez votre aide sur des tâches quotidiennes variées comme la préparation de supports de présentation le suivi des indicateurs RH (reporting) ou la gestion administrative des dossiers du personnel.

• Projets dinnovation par lIA :

  • Proposition de solutions pour automatiser des tâches récurrentes grâce à lIA.

  • Veille technologique sur les dernières tendances en matière dIA appliquée aux RH.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

Votre carte dembarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Master (Bac4/5) en Ressources Humaines ou équivalent universitaire.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

- Compétences techniques :

• Maîtrise du Pack Office notamment Excel et/ou Google Suite

• Une première expérience (stage alternance) en RH serait un plus mais nest pas indispensable.

- Soft Skills :

• Curieux(se) et proactif(ve) : Vous navez pas peur de prendre des initiatives et de proposer de nouvelles idées.

• Appétence pour les nouvelles technologies : Lintelligence artificielle vous passionne et vous êtes à laise avec les outils digitaux.

• Esprit danalyse : Vous êtes capable de synthétiser des informations et de tirer des conclusions pertinentes.

• Qualités relationnelles : Vous êtes à laise pour interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés.
