Job Summary

THE TEAM

You will join our Development team responsible for software and hardware designing producing and maintaining our autonomous mobile robots - arculees.. You will be a part of a cross-functional agile international and distributed workforce creating the best possible experience for our users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Scrum Master facilitates communication and information exchange between internal groups.
Your tasks will include:
  • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This person should personify Agile.

  • Guiding the Scrum Team and the Development of team on self-organizing.

  • Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team. Helping the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the teams.

  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments.

  • Building a trusting and safe environment with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.

  • Facilitating getting the work done without coercion assigning or dictating the work.

  • Creation of metrics to measure productivity and project progress to increase transparency.

  • Facilitating all the scrum events decision-making and conflict resolution.

  • Improving transparency and radiating information.

  • Supporting and educating the Product Owner especially concerning refining and managing the product backlog.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • First level of Scrum Certification preferably PSM-I

  • Solid computer science fundamentals with experience across a range of disciplines

  • One year of relevant experience as a Scrum Master

  • Good skills and knowledge of facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continuous improvement empowerment and increasing transparency

  • Experience being on Scrum teams in a variety of contexts

  • International experience is a plus

  • Track record of continued and recent education in Scrum including training conferences user groups self-study etc

  • Basic Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP Kanban Crystal FDD etc
