What youll do

Were looking for a Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on event marketing and PR to help grow Claras brand presence and build relationships with strategic audiences across Brazil and LATAM. Youll own the endtoend execution of highimpact activationsfrom intimate client gatherings to largescale conferencesdesigned to support business growth and elevate Claras positioning in the market.

Youll be part of the Marketing team and collaborate closely with Sales Partnerships and Brand to ensure every event and PR initiative is aligned with our gotomarket strategy.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Leading strategy logistics and execution of inperson and virtual events with operational excellence.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key media and PR contacts to secure highimpact placements.

  • Being available to travel and provide onsite support for events across Brazil and LATAM.

  • Managing budgets and timelines tracking performance and reporting on ROI.

  • Using event management platforms and integrating with Hubspot to streamline execution.

  • Developing and sustaining a reliable network of vendors and service providers.

  • Ensuring flawless coordination across multiple workstreams with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Partnering with the content and social teams to amplify event and PR visibility via LinkedIn Instagram and other owned channels.

  • Supporting the broader marketing roadmap with datadriven insights and operational discipline.

Who you are

Were looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus not a requirement.

Must haves

  • 5 years of experience leading event marketing field marketing or PR initiatives ideally in fintech or highgrowth startups.

  • Availability to attend and support events in person across Brazil and LATAM.

  • Strong network of trusted PR agencies media contacts and event vendors.

  • Experience using professionalgrade event tools and managing event budgets and KPIs.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like Hubspot.

  • Ability to drive timelines independently and thrive in fastpaced environments.

  • Working proficiency in English and Portuguese.

  • Experience managing social media campaigns to boost event attendance and postevent engagement.

  • Interest in AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Willingness to work from the office at least 3 times per week

Nice to haves

  • Familiarity with Metabase or similar tools to analyze event and PR performance.

  • Experience with paid amplification or retargeting to extend the impact of events and media placements.

  • Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn it.

Claras Hybrid Policy

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office talking to or visiting customers or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.

We dont enforce a minimum number of days for most roles but youre expected to spend time at the office organically and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
