Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Primary Care

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Customer Service Representative (CSR) & supporting our primary care services. Under the guidance of the Chiropractic Director you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring smooth daily operations within our community health center. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients lives while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist providers and staff in delivering quality primary health care services to patients.

- Greet patients in a professional friendly and hospitable manner ensuring a positive patient experience.

- Perform clerical duties related to the front office including updating and organizing patient information in charts.

- Respond to inquiries and requests from staff and patients promptly and professionally.

- Support patient care activities as directed including basic clinical tasks and patient comfort measures.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferably in primary care or community health.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.

- Knowledge of medical record keeping and healthcare software is a plus.
