Cloud Support Engineer, Amazon Business Analytics

We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join the AB Operations Analytics team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy consistency and reliability of data within our analytics environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a huge growth area for Amazon.

- 2 years of systems engineering or 2 years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent

- Experience with AWS networks and operating systems

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $52800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $118100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
