Job Summary
What you will accomplish together with us:
- Introduce projects for continuous improvement and quality standards for problem solving
- Implement and oversee problem solving methodologies
- Lead complex root cause analysis linked to critical deviations in qualification
- Lead local quality efficiency programs: improvement of quality core processes new validation strategy viability of testing
- Support and challenge the creation of qualification plan product specification and test methods
- Train and coach local teams in problem solving methodologies and basics statistics
- Identify and standardize best practices and lesson learned within the organization
What will convince us:
- Bachelor degree in Science Engineering or related field
- 3 years related experience required
- Strong knowledge in risk assessment problem solving methods and different various quality methods
- Extensive proven experience in Project Management and Project Development
- Green Belt with project experience focus on variability reduction is a plus
- GMPor Medical device knowledge
- Change Management and intercultural skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Independent working method as well as excellent team player
