Job Description:
- Develops brand strategy promotional campaigns & tactical plans within trade marketing budgets Prepares content of Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams
- Runs market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitors /anticipates market development.
- Responsible for execution monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s) and Pharmacy portfolio
- Lead the cross-functional local/regional brand Team incl. coordination of Integrated Product and channel Strategy Plan and monitoring the execution of objectives.
- Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
- Monitor and control A&P budgets forecasts and expenses and assess the promotional mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
- Monitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
- Lead product training
- Ensure product recommendation will be increase from pharmacist
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 5 years marketing experience in OTC channel (Drugstore) as Product Manager or Brand Management role from Pharmaceutical Company is advantage.
- Self-motivated result-oriented team player and service minded.
- Very good interpersonal skill with excellent presentation skill
- Strong ability to communicate with senior management in country and regional level and beyond.
- Good Command of English skills in writing speaking and reading. Plus computer literate.
