Industrial Painter
Salary: 29500-34k plus 15% shift premium
Location: Aylesbury
Hours: MondayThursday- Afternoon shift
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent
Our market leading client is seeking a proactive Industrial painter to work at their high end facility in Aylesbury. You will be part of a team that will produce high quality finished
components ensuring durability and in compliance with industry standards

Industrial PainterResponsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning sanding and masking
- Mix and handle 2 pack paints safely and following manufacturer specifications and COSHH guidelines
- Monitor curing times and environmental conditions to ensure optimal finish and quality
- Conduct visual inspections and thickness testing to meet standards
- Maintain painting equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Assist in other areas as required
- Follow all Health and Safety procedures
Industrial Painter Requirements
- NVQ/BTech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience with 2-pack paint systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Familiar with surface preparation and finishing standards
- Understanding of PPE and safe handling of hazardous materials
