As a Principal Practitioner you will strengthen the practice skills and knowledge of Practitioners leading a practice culture that is evidence based and integrates theory research and known consumer outcomes into practice. You will also support practice across all Uniting programs as required to ensure practice is inclusive timely collaborative client centred and aligned to the Uniting Therapeutic Model of Care (TMoC).
You will work alongside the Eastern Melbourne teams to ensure practice excellence through the provision of coaching reflective practice secondary consultation and evidence-based decision making. The role will utilise various sources of data to reflect on practice track fidelity and interventions into practice driving improved outcomes for consumers.
