As a Deployment Manager Procurement Solutions you will play a key role in driving the transformation of our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes and ensuring the seamless deployment of SAP Ariba solutions across our global operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with expertise in change management process optimization and user training to lead impactful initiatives in a dynamic multinational environment.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end deployment of SAP Ariba solutions ensuring alignment with global template processes and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines budgets and deliverables effectively.
Drive change management initiatives to secure stakeholder buy-in and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Act as an on-site advocate for change addressing concerns and ensuring transparent communication at all levels.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for key users and end-users.
Create engaging training materials to support long-term adoption and sustainability.
Ensure that all deployment activities adhere to pre-defined global template processes.
Work closely with process owners to identify and resolve gaps or deviations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for deployment-related updates providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Effectively communicate the benefits and impact of transformation initiatives to drive engagement and alignment.

Your Profile

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain IT or a related field
5 years of experience in procurement transformation system implementation or similar roles
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba solutions and P2P processes
Strong expertise in change management including tools and methodologies
Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and training skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment with diverse teams
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
Process-oriented with attention to detail
Strong leadership and project management skills
Proficiency in developing user-focused training and communication strategies
Willingness to travel worldwide
