Job Summary
Position: Project Manager

Responsibilities: This is an exciting Direct Hire opportunity with a growing and established company!
The Project Manager will lead large scale construction projects across the commercial industrial and healthcare sectors. This role involves overseeing all phases of the project from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout while ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. The Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams clients and subcontractors manage schedules budgets submittals and change orders. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication organization and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects independently.
Requirements:
--Must have general commercial construction PM experience.
--Must have client facing experience.
--Must have experience with scheduling budgeting cost reporting and change orders.
--OSHA30 certification preferred.
--Bachelors Degree in related field is preferred.
