Position: Full Time Human Resources Generalist - Recruiter
Department: Human Resources
Shift: Days
PURPOSE
- The primary purpose of the Human Resource Generalist is the overall management of a wide range of HR functions including recruitment employee relations and compliance. This includes responsibility for parts of the interview process onboarding process weekly/monthly reports wage reviews weekly job changes data entry performance evaluation process licensure verification tuition reimbursement continuing education process and postings.
- This position may also require the employee to perform other related duties and activities as assigned by the Department Head.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficient in Excel Word and HRIS system.
- Ability to effectively interact with employees at all organizational levels.
- Must be able to work with diligence with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
