Job Summary
Primary Care Plus (PCPlus) a value-based care delivery organization is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our growing team across Louisiana. Our mission is to provide a path of well-being for our patients through high-quality cost-effective and coordinated care that delivers superior outcomes and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O.
Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
Active unrestricted Louisiana medical license
Valid DEA and CDS licenses (or ability to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
1 years of clinical experience in adult family or geriatric care
