Job Summary
Summary:
The AI Solutions Delivery Leader is responsible for the planning execution and delivery of AI solutions to clients. This includes working with clients to understand their business needs developing AI solutions that address those needs and managing the delivery of those solutions on time and within budget. The AI Solutions Delivery Leader will also be responsible for building and managing a team of AI engineers and other professionals as well as developing and implementing best practices for AI solution delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of AI engineers tech developers and other professionals to deliver AI solutions to clients
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop AI solutions that address those needs
- Develop and manage project plans for AI solution deliveries
- Ensure that AI solution deliveries are on time within budget and meet the clients requirements
- Manage the risks associated with AI solution deliveries
- Work with other teams within the company to ensure that AI solution deliveries are aligned with the companys overall business goals
- Build and maintain a team of high-performing AI engineers and other professionals
- Develop and implement best practices for AI solution delivery
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AI technologies and trends
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field
- Total of 12 years of experience with at-least 8 years of experience in managing the delivery of AI / Digital solutions
- Hands on experience with AI technologies including machine learning deep learning computer vision and natural language processing. Strong programming skills to look into the code and guide the team members.
- Proven ability to work effectively with clients and other stakeholders
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP
- Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with agile development methodologies
